Thanks to the Athens Monuments Pass, 'I-venture card', you'll have fast-track access to 14 of Athens's museums and monuments as well as the multiple-stop bus!

A ' visit to Athens isn't the same without a trip to the Acropolis, the city's emblematic site. Why not start your city tour at the Acropolis Museum, before learning more about the history of Greek civilisation in 8 other museums? Complete your cultural adventure with some traditional dancing or games, before walking through the mythical Panathenaic Stadium, the very first stadium used for the modern Olympic Games!

During your stay in Athens, you'll have access to the following museums for 2 consecutive days:

  • Multi-tickets: the Acropolis Archaeological Site & 6 archaeological sites (Athens Agora, Roman Agora, Hadrian''s Library, Olympion, Keramikos and Aristotle''s High School)

With your pass, you'll also have unlimited access to Athen's multi-stop bus for 48 hours! The Museum Pass provides unlimited access for a period of 48 hours! You'll be able to explore Athens thanks to 2 tours (Athens Open Tour and Athens, Piraeus, Riviera & Beaches tour) and discover the city's most beautiful neighbourhoods and sites! Audio guides in 12 languages are available on-board (the itinerary given below is just an indication).

Важно знать

  • You'll be asked to choose a date when you book. You can however use your pass on whichever date you choose (valid for 6 months after purchase)
  • To use your pass, you should present your voucher at the address mentioned on the voucher. Once your pass has been activated with its bar-code all you' need to do is show up at the entrance of the museums and monuments
  • Your pass will be active  from the first time you use it, for 2 consecutive calendar days. If you activate your pass on Monday at 2pm, it will remain valid until Wednesday evening.
  • Where to get your pass: Athanasiou Diakou Street, Athens

 

  • Museum information:
  • Opening times: the museums and monuments included on the pass are generally open between 10 am and 6pm. They are usually closed on 25 December and 1 January
  • You'll find the specific museum  opening times below
  • Your pass gives you one single-entry to each of the museums
  • Important: in order to visit the archaeological site of the Acropolis, you'll have to present the bar-code on your pass beforehand in order to get your official fast-track ticket. The place to do this is only 300 m away from the entrance to this  site.
  • Most museums and monuments are free for children under 4 years old,  meaning they will not require an I-venture card

 

  • Multiple-stop bus information:
  • You'll benefit from unlimited access to the multiple-stop bus in Athens for 48 consecutive hours (over the 3 days that your I-venture pass is active). If you use your pass to take the bus on Monday at 2pm, you'll be able to use the bus freely until 1.59 pm the following  Wednesday
  • Athens Tour route: every 15 minutes/1 hour and a half route without stops
  • Piraeus Tour route: every 30 minutes/1 hour route without stops
  • The bus tours start between 8.15am and 8.45am depending on the time of year (summer vs winter). The final departure is at 7.15pm in summer and 5.45pm in winter (respectively)
  • Audio guides are available in 12 different languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Arabic, Turkish and Russian
  • Pets aren't permitted
