Spend an adventure-filled day on Moreton island and have an unforgettable experience: feed dolphins at sunset!

Leaving from your hotel, set off for a 1 hr 30 mins cruise to the Moreton Island National Park. Be enchanted by the landscapes of this paradise island, combining fine sand, palm trees and crystal clear waters.

During this trip, you can enjoy your day as you wish!

Explore Moreton Island, relax by the swimming pool or on the beach, participate in the many activities offered by the island, 40 of which are free, and discover the marine flora and fauna. (See the full list below)

You can opt to meet wild dolphins at sunset and have an unusual experience: feed them! If you choose this option, you'll also participate in a desert safari with the possibility of doing some sand sledding.

When booking, you will be asked to choose from among the following options:

  • Discovery Day on Moreton Island (9 hours): return transportation from your hotel, return cruise to Moreton Island, unlimited access to the resort facilities and lunch included
  • Discovery Day on Moreton Island with 1 activity (9 hours) - all inclusions from "Discovery Day on Moreton Island" + 1 activity of your choice (sand tobogganing OR wrecks snorkel tour OR marina discovery cruise OR jet boat ride)
  • Discovery Day on Moreton Island with 1 activity + "Dolphin viewing" option (12 hours): all inclusions from "Discovery Day on Moreton Island with 1 activity" + access to the dolphin viewing jetty
  • Discovery Day on Moreton Island with 1 activity + "Dolphin encounter & feeding" option (12 hours): all inclusions from "Discovery Day on Moreton Island with 1 activity" + admission to the nightly dolphin feeding program + dolphin feeding photo

  • Availability: Every day (the option "Dolphin Encounter" is not available on Saturdays)
  • Time: 8:45am 
  • Duration: About 9 hours - 12 hours of you choose the "Dolphin Encounter" experience

  • Pick-up is possible from most hotels in Brisbane
  • Please contact the service provider no later than 24 hours before the start of the activity to organize your transport and to find out the last departure point. The reception desk in your hotel can make this call for you
  • The presence of wild dolphins is not guaranteed, and depends on the tide and the weather conditions
  • On Moreton Island, you will have access to more than 40 free activities. The other activities must be paid for (with the exception of the activities included in your option)
  • The cruise to Moreton Island lasts 1 hr 30 mins
