Hike the Bakota Gorge and discover a traditional Ndebele village from Victoria Falls!
You'll be picked up from your hotel in Victoria Falls before heading to the gorge on a drive through the Zimbabwean countryside. On arrival, you'll attend a safety briefing before beginning the descent to Rapid 23.
You'll then enjoy an approximately one-hour hike along the river between Rapid 23 and Rapid 25, in the heart of the Zambezi's natural landscapes. This walk will allow you to discover the gorges from a different angle, between adventure and immersion in the heart of nature.
The activity will continue in a traditional Ndebele village, where you will meet the head of the family and his relatives. You'll share a moment of exchange about their way of life, before enjoying a brunch served under decorated mud huts.
