The bus will take you to discover the most iconic landmarks of the British capital: Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London and many other must-see attractions. Thanks to the commentary available via the audio guide, you will learn all about the city’s fascinating history.

Hop on and off the bus as you please and spend as much time as you wish at each stop. You may board the bus at any stop, at any time of the day, as many times as you like during the validity of your pass.

With the Discover, Essential and Explore passes, you will also enjoy a one-way cruise on the River Thames, giving you the opportunity to admire London’s landmarks from a different perspective.

By choosing the Essential or Explore ticket, you will also be able to select one of three guided walking tours: Changing of the Guard, The Heart of London, or a Jack the Ripper themed tour. If you opt for the Explore ticket, you will also admire London at night and see its illuminated attractions during a panoramic evening bus tour.

Validity of your ticket: 1 day, 24 hours or 48 hours from first use
- If you use your 1-day pass for the first time on Tuesday at 12:00 pm, it will be valid until 11:59 pm on the same day.
- If you choose a 24-hour pass and activate it on Monday at 3:00 pm, it will be valid until Tuesday at 3:00 pm.
  You may hop off and back on the bus at your leisure during this period.
Several routes are available:
- Red Route:
  Duration: 2h30
  Frequency: every 10–20 minutes
  First departure – Last departure: 8:15 am – 6:00 pm
- Blue Route:
  Duration: 3h30
  Frequency: every 10–20 minutes
  First departure – Last departure: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Green Route:
  Duration: 1h10
  Frequency: every 30–60 minutes
  First departure – Last departure: 8:30 am – 5:45 pm
An audio guide is available in 5 languages throughout the routes.
For reduced child, senior or student rates, you will be required to present a valid ID or student card.
Information regarding the guided cruise included with Discover, Essential and Explore passes
- The guided cruise is available in English only.
- The cruise departs from Westminster Pier to the Tower of London and lasts approximately 30 minutes. The cruise must take place after you have exchanged your voucher for an official ticket with the bus driver.
- Departures approximately every 15 minutes in summer and every 30–40 minutes in winter.
Night bus (48h Explore option only)
- Duration: 2 hours
- Frequency: once per day at 7:30 pm
- Departure: from Stop #1 - London Eye
Guided walking tours (48h Essential or 48h Explore option only)
- Walking tours last approximately 1h30 to 2h and are available daily (choose 1 tour out of 4) – no walking tours on December 25.
  You may choose from:
- Changing of the Guard: 10:00 am departure from Stop #7 (Trafalgar Square)
- London: Past to Present: 1:00 pm departure from Stop #14 (St Paul’s Cathedral)
- Jack the Ripper: 4:00 pm departure from Stop #16 (Tower of London)
  Hidden Westminster: 1:00 pm departure from Stop #10 (Whitehall)
