The Kualoa area on Oahu Island in Hawaii is considered a sacred place and the source of many Hawaiian beliefs and customs. Kualoa Ranch is a classified private nature reserve, with deep cliff-lined valleys and lush vegetation covering over 4,000 hectares. Located about 40 kilometres from Honolulu, the site offers tourism activities that are in line with environmental protection and respects Kualoa's sacred history.
You'll explore the reserve in a super-fun way by crossing monkey bridges, following trails and using ziplines that cross the Kaaawa Valley. During the activity, you'll have the chance to marvel at the scenery and admire the exceptional fauna and flora. You'll have a blast as leap into the void and zipline through the air for over 60 metres! You'll learn more about the region as each zipline is named after an important cultural aspect of the valley. You'll also have the chance to relive cult scenes from famous Hollywood blockbusters shot in the heart of the region: Jurassic World, Pearl Harbor, Godzilla and many more!

- Availability: every day (except under exceptional circumstances)
- Duration: the total duration of this activity takes around 3 hours. It's a 45-minute round trip to the zipline course. The activity itself lasts approximately 2 hours.
- Times: depends on the season, you'll be asked to select a time slot. The exact time will be confirmed after you book
- Meet-up point: Kualoa Ranch, or transport from your hotel in Waikiki
- The zipline course comprises 7 ziplines and 2 suspension bridges
- During the drive from Kualoa Ranch to the set-off point, you'll be able to see numerous Hollywood film locations
- Three qualified guides will accompany you throughout the activity. They will help you check your safety equipment and explain how to use the automatic braking system. You must respect the safety instructions
- This activity is suitable for all, no experience is necessary.
- Participants must be at least 7 years old
- Please note the following height and weight restrictions (in order to have the right safety harness and braking system):
- Height: between 1.4 m and 2.05 m
- Waist circumference: between 55 cm and 127 cm
- Thigh circumference: between 45 cm and 71 cm
- Weight: between30 kg and125 kg - This activity isn't suitable for pregnant women. Anyone with heart problems or joint pain should consult a doctor before participating in the activity. Our local tour operator reserves the right to refuse anyone for whom the activity presents health risks
- Maximum group size is 10 people
- The activity may be cancelled if the weather is bad. If this is the case you'll be offered an alternative date or a refund
- Closed-toe shoes (trainers, hiking boots...) are mandatory to participate in the activity
- We recommend you wear comfy clothes, so you can move freely during the activity. Jewellery and piercings must be removed to avoid getting them caught in the safety equipment
- Free lockers are available at our local tour operator's site
- You can bring a camera with you, but Ceetiz and the local tour operator will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during the activity
- An automatic photo system is available during the activity. Photos are available for sale at the end of the activity (digital format: photos sent by e-mail)
- Due to the limited number of seats in the shuttle, people not participating in the activity will not be able to accompany the group on this outing. However, they can remain at the main ranch and visit the History Room, Judd Theatre, Petting Zoo, Aunty Pat's Cafe and Gift Shop
- Pick-up from your hotel in Waikiki is available for an additional fee (please select this option when booking)
