Discover Majorcan gastronomy during an evening in the heart of the island of Majorca!
For your evening, your French-speaking guide will pick you up outside your hotel at around 6:30pm. You'll then take the road towards the center of the island of Majorca.
You'll reach an old Majorcan building situated at the top of a hill, offering a view of the La Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range. It's here, around a wooden table, that your guide will have you tasting Majorcan products: quelitas, charcuterie, cheese or sobrazada. He'll suggest you accompany this aperitif by tasting various wines from the region. Glass in hand, he'll share his knowledge of oenology and explain Mallorca's winegrowing history.
Once the sun has descended behind the mountains, you'll continue your evening at a hidden restaurant, only known to the locals. Here you will sample typical Mallorcan dishes based on Mediterranean meat and vegetables. Your guide will explain Mallorca's gastronomy and flavors.
Then, with a full belly, you'll be driven back to your hotel around 11:30pm.
