You'll climb aboard the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad, a historic train operated since 1965 by a local company. Pulled by a steam locomotive, this train will give you an authentic experience of the American West, punctuated by the long nostalgic whistle and clouds of steam escaping from the chimney.
You'll travel through the Sierra National Forest, on the edge of Yosemite National Park. The hour-long route will offer you peaceful views of the surrounding nature, while immersing you in the atmosphere of the last century.
You can choose to travel first class for optimum comfort on board. An optional picnic lunch is available. It consists of your choice of a turkey sandwich, a salami & cheese sandwich, or a vegetarian sandwich, accompanied by chips, a chocolate cookie and a bottle of water.
